2. Products & Orders

All products sold on this Site are dietary supplements and food products. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Descriptions of products are as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that you are of legal age to purchase dietary supplements in your jurisdiction.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Sales tax will be applied where required by applicable law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.

Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Due to the nature of our probiotic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Refill

We offer an optional Subscribe & Save program that allows you to receive automatic refills of selected products at a 10% discount. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the selected refill schedule (every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days).

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next scheduled refill date. Cancellations received after the order has been processed cannot be applied to that shipment.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued subscription enrollment after notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of BRAVO Probiotic Yogurt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
