Easy Online Refunds and Replacements

We want you to be happy — even when things (occasionally) go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return or replacement:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items shipped (wrong product or quantity)
  • Items that were lost in transit
  • Sealed, unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery

International Orders

We apologize, but returns and replacements are not available for international orders due to customs and logistics constraints. Please contact us if you have questions before placing an international order.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any item back, please email us at [email protected] or use our Contact page to let us know about the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Receive Return Authorization

Once we review your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Ship the Item Back

Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include your RMA number, and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Refund or Replacement Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid by credit card, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer — typically 3–5 additional business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • International orders
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
